This is the best food in Hope. We got stuck in Abbotsford because of some gang shooting and then multiple accidents so we ended up having lunch at Kibo. It's humble but delicious. We had the chicken wings, tofu and some salmon Maki.

This is our go to sushi place. We travel to come here over a hour, and do it at least once a week if not more sometimes... its that good! Our kiddos really enjoy the food and the staff and they are so friendly and Accommodating to allergies.

Stopped for a meal break and found a hidden gem amongst the corporate fast food takeover. Lovely service, large meal portions, reasonably priced, tasty, cozy atmosphere. Will be back next time we pass through. (PS. 3 out 4 had to take food home, as they were stuffed.)

This is such a cute little restaurant. I recommend the gomae. It’s not like any gomae I’ve ever had. It’s very refreshing and tasty. I also HIGHLY recommend their house roll. Seriously. Get it. It’s so good. It also comes with a miso soup which is a nice little bonus. My mom really liked the sunomono salad. The banana tempura was surprisingly very good. The only thing is that the wasabi was not spicy at all

We had lunch in Merritt & stopped by Hope wanting to just rest & have a coffee. Although the name has got “Cafe”, this place is def not a coffee shop. So we decided to order something not too filling, as we’re both not hungry. We ended up ordering Agedashi Tofu & Chicken Udon to share. When the food arrived, the udon was already divided into 2 bowls. Food were delicious & service was very good. Highly recommended!

One of 3 Sushi restaurants in idyllic Hope, B.C. Cute little place. Got takeout. The inside is small but has nice ambiance. Seems to be a very popular spot. The food was delicious & I can say this being a sushi aficionado. Will most definitely return

As an out of towner, this is a really good sushi restaurant. I find that in smaller towns, prices can be a bit higher than in the city. But in terms of sushi I enjoyed myself. There wasn’t a dish I disliked. I’m not surprised this restaurant has been around for 25 years. Really good customer service, pleasant atmosphere and good food. Next time I’m in Hope this will be my Dine-out destination.
